Purpose:

This decision is to seek authority for CEL (Property Maintenance and Corporate Property Management) to carry out a series of joint procurement exercises with Housing Leeds (Construction Services) to procure contractors on framework contracts for a range of works and services to support the Council in the maintenance and small improvement works including refurbishment schemes for housing stock and public buildings. 

 

The procurement exercises will be carried in 5 distinct phases which will start January 2014 and contracts procured through phases 1 to 3 will commence January 2015, while phases 4 and 5 will commence April 2015.
