    The Chief Officer Customer Access is recommended to approve the waiver of the following Contracts Procedure Rule(s) No 8.1 and 8.2 – Intermediate value procurements and award a contract to BW Legal with a schedule of rates of £3.32 per telephone call. This will be to a maximum of £55K. The contract shall commence on the 28 July and expire on the 31 August with the option to extend for a period of two weeks such option not to be taken up more than twice. In addition, due to the lack of a tender process and the need to put a contract in place quickly, the Chief Officer is asked to approve the waiver of Contracts Procedure Rule 3.1.15 – Requirement to use the Council’s standard tender documents.
