The Director of Environments and Housing agreed the recommendation to approve the waiver of Contracts Procedure Rule(s):No 9.2 ‘Over £100k – High Value Procurements’; and approve the Key Decision attached at Appendix A to enable negotiation and award of a contract to Sayes Service Ltd from 1st October 2014 until 31st March 2015 at an anticipated value of £275,000.
