Decision:

The Chief Officer (Highways and Transportation):
i) approved, subject to public consultation, the detailed design and implementation of a scheme to introduce a zebra crossing facility on Town Street, Farsley, as shown on the attached drawing number TMW/8/1967/10 at an estimated cost of £30,000;
ii) gave authority to display a Notice on site under the provision of Section 23 for the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to inform the public of the proposed zebra crossing; and
iii) gave authority to incur expenditure of £22,000 works costs and £8,000 staff design fee costs to be funded from the LTP Transport Policy Capital Programme.
