The Director of Environments and Housing has approved the sub-delegation scheme attached as Appendix 1 to the attached report. The Director of Environment and Housing has agreed the that Chief Officer Property and Contracts can make decisions in relation to commissioning and procurement activity. Such activity should be carried out in accordance with the Contracts Procedure Rules. The Chief Officer Property and Contracts (in consultation with the Chief Procurement Officer) can make decisions only on contracts with a value of under £250k per annum.
