    Purpose:

    The Acting Director of Adult Social Services is requested to approve the second of two twelve month extensions of the existing 3+1+1 year contract with Leeds Vision Consortium (LVC) in accordance with Contract Procedure Rules 21.1 and 21.2 from April 1st 2015 to March 31st 2016

    Decision:

    The Interim Director of Adult Social Services approved the recommendation to extend the contract for LVC, utilising the second of two 12 month extensions starting from April 1st 2015 to 31st March 2016.

     

    The Commissioning Manager, Adult Social Care, will implement this decision directly after it has been taken, subject to the necessary clearance process being completed, by issuing the relevant contract extension documentation to the provider.
