Decision details

The Chief Officer (Highways and Transportation):
i) approved the detailed design and implementation of a scheme to introduce lengths of No Waiting At Any Time restrictions on Cloberry Street and Cromer Street, as shown on the attached drawing number TMS/19.1/1085.4a;

ii) gave authority to incur expenditure of £2,000 works costs, £2,000 legal costs and £2,000 staff fee costs, to be funded by the University of Leeds through a Section 106 agreement; and

iii) Instructed the City Solicitor to advertise a draft Traffic Regulation Order for a No Waiting At Any Time restriction as shown on drawing number TMS/19.1/1085.4a and if no valid objections are received to make, seal and implement the Order.
