    ii) and approved the application from The Alchemist for a licence to operate a street café on the highway at Yorkshire House, Greek Street, Leeds, LS1 5RU,as shown on the attached numbered drawing 03/06(B), to expire on the 31 March 2015 and that future licences be renewed annually, subject to satisfactory operation, and with approval from The Chief Officer Highways and Transportation.
