Decision details

The Chief Officer (Highways and Transportation):
i) approved the detailed design and implementation of a scheme to introduce highway works associated with the Stonebridge Housing development at the former Springfield Iron Works site on Bagley Lane, Farsley as shown on drawing number TM-08-2413-12-01;

ii) Injected £21,500 into the Capital Programme funded from a Section 106 private developer receipt;

iii) Gave authority to incur expenditure of £21,500, which comprises of £17,200 works costs, £4,300 staff fees and legal fees, fully funded from a Section 106 private developer receipt;

iv) Requested the City Solicitor to:
Give authority to advertise a 90c Notice for the implementation of road humps as required under the Highways Act 1980;
