The Director of Children’s Services approved the waiver of the following Contracts Procedure Rule(s):
Contracts Procedure Rules No 8.1 and 8.2 – Intermediate value procurements
and award a contract to the providers listed below in the sum of the values below. The contracts shall commence on the 1st April 2016 and expire on the 31st March 2017.

· BARCA Leeds - £63,750
· Better Leeds Communities - £15,796
· City of Leeds Hawksworth Wood YMCA - £21,821
· CYFDC (Chance) - £15,300
· Getaway Girls - £21,821
· Leeds Mencap Hawthorn Family Support Centre - £8,500
· Shantona Women’s Centre - £8,500
· The Cardigan Centre - £46,209
· The Hamara Healthy Living Centre - £23,977
· Youthstation - £20,400
Contracts Procedure Rules No 9.1 and 9.2 – High value procurements and award a contract to The Market Place in the sum of £108,688. The contract shall commence on the 1st April 2016 and expire on the 31st March 2017.
The Director of Children’s Services also approved that the following providers received receive payment in advance for thir contract:
