The Director of Environment and Housing gave authority to procure in accordance with Contract Procedure Rule 3.1.8 a new contract for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for 2 further periods of 12 months, to provide servicing and maintenance of warden call and fire detection equipment installed in communal areas in sheltered housing schemes across the city. The anticipated annual value is £50,000 per annum. The total value of the agreement, inclusive of extensions, will be approximately £250,000
