Decision details

That following consultation with the relevant Group Whips, the following Councillors be appointed to vacancies on those Committees, Boards and Panels listed for the period upto the Annual Council Meeting on 19th May 2016:
• Councillor S McKenna to be appointed to the current vacancy upon City Plans Panel;
• Councillors A Ogilvie, B Selby and G Latty to be appointed to the current vacancies upon Scrutiny Board (City Development);
• Councillor B Anderson to be appointed to the current vacancy upon South & West Plans Panel;
• Councillor A Garthwaite to be appointed to the current vacancy upon Inner North West Community Committee;
• Councillor E J Tunnicliffe to be appointed to the current vacancy upon Inner North East Community Committee;
• Councillor R Stephenson to be appointed to the current vacancy upon Outer North East Community Committee;
• Councillors D Ragan and S Arif to be appointed to the current vacancies upon Inner East Community Committee;
• Councillors J Walker and S J Field to be appointed to the current vacancies upon Outer East Community Committee.
Such appointments are made in order to secure that meetings necessary to be held during that period can proceed with adequate and appropriate membership levels and representation.
