Decision:

The Natural Environment Manager authorised the making of a Legal Event Modification Order following Creation Agreements and Declarations, to add the routes A-B, C-D, E-F & G-H as footpaths to the Definitive Map and Statement as there was sufficient evidence to show that public rights of way subsisted or could be reasonably alleged to subsist.

The Natural Environment Manager did not authorise the making of a Modification Order for Kirk Lane or the original routes on the 1991/2003 maps because there was there was insufficient evidence to show that a public right of way subsisted or could be reasonably alleged to subsist or had been used for twenty years.
