Decision details

The Head of Transport Policy:
i) Approved the request to commence a procurement exercise through the existing call off framework contract to collect ANPR data at 11 sites to be carried out by the end of June 2016;
ii) Approved the purchase of telematics Data via Leeds University’s ITS and appoint ITS to subsequently complete a detailed traffic emissions analysis of The Inner Ring Road;
iii) Approved the commencement of business community engagement activities in relation to the future Introduction of a CAZ in Leeds;
iv) Approved the commencement of raising awareness of the links between health and Air quality; and
v) Authorised expenditure of £89,850 to be funded via the DEFRA air quality capital grant award.
