The Chief Officer (Highways and Transportation):

i) noted and approved the proposed TRO amendments as outlined in Section 3 and indicated on drawings referenced: 278190-LCC-HWT-XX-DR-EP-01_03_ and 278190-LCC-HWT-XX-DR-EP-01_04_, at an estimated cost of £6,000;

ii) instructed the City Solicitor to advertise a draft Traffic Regulation Order in relation to the waiting restrictions as indicated on drawing referenced: 278190-LCC-HWT-XX-DR-EP-01_03_ and 278190-LCC-HWT-XX-DR-EP-01_04_, and, if no valid objections are received then make, seal and implement the Order; and

iii) gave authority to enter an agreement with the Developer under provision of Section 278 of the Highways Act 1980 for the provision of new vehicular accesses with associated footway works and the reinstatement of redundant accesses to full footway construction on Belle Vue Road and St John’s Road, Hyde Park, with associated staff fees of £2,500.
