Reason Key: Expenditure > £250,000;

Wards Affected: Gipton and Harehills;

If exempt from Call-In, the reason why Call-In would prejudice the interests of the Council or the public:: If the decision is not implemented before the end of the call-in period on 20th July, there is a significant risk that the project will not be completed in time for the start of term, with the subsequent risk of disruption to the education of the children starting at St Augustine Catholic Primary School this year.
