    THe Deputy Director, Safeguarding, Specialist & Targeted Services approved the waiver of the following Contracts Procedure Rule(s):
    Contracts Procedure Rules No 3.1.15 - Requirement to use the Council's standard tender documents
    Contracts Procedure Rules No 8.1 and 8.2 - Intermediate value procurements and award a contract to Centre for Therapeutic Storywriting Ltd to a contract value of £12,000 (up to £28,000 with entensions). The contract shall commence July 2016 and expire July 2017 with the option to extend for a period of twelve months, such option not to be taken up more than four times.
