The commissioning responsibility of the lnfant Mental Health Service provided
by Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust will be transferred from Leeds City
Councilto Leeds South and East Clinical Commissioning Group on 1st
January 2017 under a Section 76 agreement.
The lnfant Mental Health Service will be included within the existing contract
held by LSECCG on behalf of the three Leeds CCGs from 1't January 2017 by
a contract variation.
The Council will transfer funding ([32,500 in 20161 17 and Ê1 20,000 in 2017 I 18)
for the lnfant Mental Health Service to the LSECCG under a S76 agreement as an annual on-going requirement.
