The Chief Officer (Highways and Transportation):

i) Authorised, subject to public consultation, the detailed design and implementation of a scheme to introduce a 20 mph zone in the West End Lane area of Horsforth as shown on drawing number TM-18-2562-CONSULTATION-0;

ii) Requested the City Solicitor to:

a) Advertise a draft Speed Limit Order, to introduce a 20 mph zone in the West End Lane area of Horsforth, as shown on drawing TM-18-2562-CONSULTATION-01; and

b) Give authority to advertise a Notice for the road hump that conforms with the Highways Act 1980 (90c Notice);

iii) Gave authority to incur expenditure of £10,000, which comprises of £7,000 works costs, £2,000 Staff fees and £1,000 legal fees, all to be funded from the LTP Transport Policy Capital Programme.
