Purpose:

To approve the procurement strategy for the provision of classroom and school modular units for primary schools across the city using the YPO framework (651).

Decision:

The Director of Children’s Services agreed to:

·  Approve the Learning Places Programme Procurement Strategy for bulge cohort temporary modular accommodation in the form of a call-off from YPO Framework for the requirements for 2017/18 academic year; and

·  Note that the Chief Officer, Projects, Programmes & Procurement Unit (PPPU) is supporting the procurement strategy for delivering the bulge temporary accommodation cohort through the YPO framework.
