The Director of Resources and Housing agrees
to give authority to spend £3,011,541 from the existing
budget provision (Capital Scheme no. 16256) for the refurbishment
of the Middleton Complex which will enable 305 workstations to be
accommodated as part of the Changing the Workplace Programme.
The Director of Resources and Housing also gave Authority to spend
£500,000 from existing budget provision (Capital Scheme
Number 16256) for feasibility studies to support the development of
business cases for the remainder of the retained estate where
identified for retention to be transitioned to Changing the
Workplace and New Ways of Working.
