The Director of Adults and Health approved the
recommendation to consider the benefits that will be achieved in
respect of upgrading Frederick Hurdle day centre in addition to the
benefits that both current and prospective customers and their
family carers will receive. The Director of Adults and Health
approved the recommendation for an injection into the capital
programme for £130k which is to be funded from prudential
borrowing. The repayment costs will be met from the existing
budgets of Apna day centre which will be surplus to service
requirements from September 2017. The Head of Service, Care
Delivery is the officer responsible for implementing this decision.
The decision will be implemented from the 31st May 2017.
