Purpose:
To undertake procurement and contract award for an interim regional Framework Agreement led by Leeds City Council and involving 21 local authorities across Yorkshire and Humber for residential care for children who are looked after.
It enables Local Authorities to make placements as required but there is no commitment to any expenditure. The award is for a contract from August 2017 to August 2018 with the option to extend for a further period of 1 x 12 months duration but not to exceed 2 years in total.
