Purpose:

To approve the spending of £711,000 grant funding in accordance with the requirements of the DfT. Also to inject in to the capital programme 2017/18 and approve the spending of £312,000 grant funding from the DfT National  Productivity lnvestment Fund.

Decision:

The Chief Officer (Highways and Transportation)

 

i)  Gave authority to incur expenditure of £711,000 on pothole repair and prevention work, funded from Government Grant;

 

ii)  Injected £312,000 into the Capital Programme from the National Productivity Investment Fund; and

 

iii)  Gave authority to incur expenditure of £312,000 on Highway Resilience Programme Drainage Schemes listed in Appendix A.
