The Chief Officer (Highways and Transportation)

i) Authorised the detailed design and subsequent implementation of a scheme on All Saints Terrace, as shown on drawings TM-07-2910-01-01 to introduce a No Waiting At Any Time restriction along its full length;
ii) Approved the injection of £5,000 into the Traffic Management Revenue Budget to be recharged from a Section 106 private developer receipt;

iii) Gave authority to incur expenditure of £2,000 works costs, £2,000 legal fees and £1,000 staff costs fully funded from a Section 106 private developer receipt;

iv) Instructed the City Solicitor to:

a) Advertise amendments to the Burmantofts & Richmond Hill Ward Traffic Regulation Consolidation Order (No. W16) Order 2015; and

b) Should no valid objections be received, make and seal the order as advertised.
