Decision details

The Chief Officer (Highways and Transportation):
i) Authorised the detailed design and subsequent implementation of a scheme on Bodington Avenue in Weetwood, as shown on drawing TM-32-2776-TRO-01 to introduce a No Waiting At Any Time restriction along its full length;

ii) Noted the costs being £1,000 works costs, £1,000 legal fees and £4,000 staff costs fully funded from a £6,000 Section 106 private developer receipt;

iii) Instructed the City Solicitor to:

a) Advertise a scheme to introduce those waiting restrictions detailed at clause 9.1 above to be included as an amendment to the Leeds City Council Traffic Regulation Weetwood Ward Order (No.11) 2015; and

b) Should no valid objections be received, make and seal the order as advertised.
