The Chief Officer (Highways and Transportation):

i) Approved the implementation of a scheme to introduce a Prohibition of All Motor Vehicles ‘Except for Access Order on High Weardley Lane, Harewood, as shown on the attached drawing number TM-16-2970-01-01 at an estimated cost of £4500, made up of £3000 legal costs and £1500 staff costs which will be fully funded from private external income; and

ii) Authorised the City Solicitor to advertise a draft Traffic Regulation Order and if no valid objections are received, to make, seal and implement the Order as advertised.
