Decision details

The Head of Transportation:
i) Noted the contents of the report;

ii) Authorised, subject to objections, the detailed design and implementation of a scheme to introduce additional traffic calming features as shown on drawing number TM/26/3074/HB;

iii) Requested the City Solicitor to Advertise a notice under Section 90c of the Highways Act 1980 to provide vertical traffic calming features as shown on drawing number TM/26/3074/HB; and

iv) Gave authority to incur expenditure of £12,000, which comprises of £8,000 works costs, £3,000 Staff fees and £1,000 legal fees, all to be funded from the LTP Transport Policy Capital Programme.
