Decision:

The Director of Public Health, in accordance with CPR 7.1 (below £10k low value procurement), has agreed a request to award interim contracts to pharmacies currently delivering the Pharmacy Supervised Consumption Service for the period 1 April 2018 to 30 June 2018. This will ensure continuity of provision from 164 pharmacy outlets across Leeds while a review to determine longer term commissioning requirements from 1 July 2018 is completed. The terms and conditions are to remain the same as current contracts. Pharmacies remunerated on a transaction per client basis and the combined value of expenditure during this three month period is expected to be circa £150,000.
