starting from 1st April until 30th September 2018.

waiver of Contract Procedure Rules 8.1 and 8.2 Intermediate Value
Procurement and award a contract to HELP Employee Assistance for a
six month period. The contract shall commence on the 1st April 2018
and expire on the 30th September 2018.
