In line with Contract Procedure Rule (CPR) 18,
the Deputy Director Social Care approved the award of a contract to
ClearCare Solutions Ltd for the procurement of a new information
management system to be used in children’s residential homes
(including Adel Beck) for an initial period of three (3) years from
15th March 2024 to 14th March 2027, with the option to extend for a
further period of up to twenty-four (12 + 12) months (subject to
further approval) for a maximum of five (5) years in total.
The total cost of the contract for the initial 3 (three) year
period is £79,200.
Any extensions taken after the initial period will be at the
standard annual rate of £26,400. Therefore, the total cost of
the contract for the initial three years plus the two extensions
will be £132,000.
