Purpose:

To request approval under Contract Procedure Rules 21.1 to enter into the 12 month extension period to the existing contracts with Leeds Housing Concern (Oakdale and Women’s Sector service) and Connect Housing (Re-connect Leeds service) to deliver accommodation based Housing Related Support services.

Decision:

The Director of Environment and Housing approved the request to enter into the one year extension period to the existing 2 year (+1+1) contracts with Leeds Housing Concern and Connect Housing for the provision of the Oakdale and Women’s Sector service and the Re-Connect Housing Related Support services for Women and Homeless Families.  This will support service users to live independently at a total cost of £461, 534.76 for the 12 month period.  This approval is in accordance with Contracts Procedure Rule 21.1.
