The Director of Environment and Housing approves the award of a design and build contract for the construction of 24 new council homes at Broadlea Street, Bramley to Kier Construction Ltd, in the sum of £3,942,764.96, enabling a contract start date of 18th July 2016 and a site access date of 8th August 2016 with a completion date of 18 September 2017
