The Built Environment Proramme Manager agreed
to:
* authorise expenditure of £224,118 from capital scheme
number 32274/BGE/PAR to enable orders to placed for furniture for
the identified schools within the Learning Places 2016 Bulge Cohort
Programe;
* authorise acceptance of the tender submitted by Leeds Building
Services in the sum of £176,278. This figure is purely the
construction work and is exclusive of NPS design development
costs;
* note the programme dates identified in section 4.0 of the
attached report in relation to the implementation of this decision.
The final delivery date for this scheme is prior to the
commencement of term 2016; and
* note that the officer responsible for implementation is the Built
Environment Principal Development Officer.
