The Built Environment Programme Manager agreed
to:
•Authorise expenditure of £221,552 from capital scheme
number 32274/BGE/BRM to enable orders to be placed for furniture
for the identified schools within the Learning Places 2016 Bulge
Cohort Programme.
•Authorise acceptance of the tender submitted by Leeds
Building Services in the sum of £172,748. This figure is
purely the construction work and is exclusive of NPS design
development costs.
•Note the programme dates identified in section 4.0 of this
report in relation to the implementation of this decision. The
final delivery date for this scheme is prior to the commencement of
term September 2016.
•Note that the officer responsible for implementation is the
Built Environment Principal Development Officer.
