The Director of Children’s Services agreed to:

 

·  Provide approval to enter into the grant agreement with Building Better Opportunities for Leeds Children’s Services; and

 

·  Provide approval to accept the grant of £3.5m of European Structural and Investment Funds & Big Lottery funds as part of the Building Better Opportunities programme.
