Decision:

The Director of Environment and Housing to agree to the bid at auction on 29 March 2017 to a maximum level, as outlined in the confidential appendix to the report, a long term empty property in LNA 3 - the Recreations in Holbeck. If the bid is successful authorise the named officers to sign the contract for the purchase of 37 Recreation Grove LS11 0AT. And authorise the completion of refurbishment works in order to let as a council house.
