To consider the report of the Director of City Development setting out recommendations from the Executive Board on 27 July 2016 to Full Council to approve the submission of the Draft Aire Valley Leeds Area Action Plan and the Sustainability Report to the Secretary of State for independent examination pursuant to Section 20 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

RESOLVED – That the submission of the Draft Aire Valley Leeds Area Action Plan and the Sustainability Report to the Secretary of State for independent examination pursuant to Section 20 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 be approved.
