To consider the following report admitted to the agenda by the Chief Executive under Council Procedure Rule 2.2(f):

That the report of the Assistant Chief Executive (Corporate Governance) on amendments to the Officer Delegation Scheme (Executive Functions) and other consequential amendments to the constitution be noted

(a)  Amendments to the Constitution

  It was moved by Councillor M Hamilton seconded by Councillor J Procter and

  RESOLVED - That the report of the Assistant Chief Executive (Corporate Governance) on amendments to the Officer Delegation Scheme (Executive Functions) and other consequential amendments to the constitution be noted.

(b)  Late Item – Appointments

  The Lord Mayor having agreed to the admission of the matter as a late item of business under Council Procedure Rule 2.2(f), for reason of expeditiously securing attendance at meetings, it was moved by Councillor M Hamilton seconded by Councillor J Procter and

  RESOLVED -  That  Councillor Fox be replaced by Councillor Shelbrooke on the Scrutiny Board (Resources), that Councillor Wadsworth be replaced by Councillor Fox on the Scrutiny Board (Health and Adult Social Care) and that Councillor Shelbrooke be replaced by Councillor Wadsworth on Scrutiny Board (City Development)

Also that Councillor Brett be appointed to the West Yorkshire Joint Services Committee.
