To consider the report of the Director of City Development inviting the Board to consider proposals regarding the future of the West Park Centre in the context of the outcome of the assessment of two options, as instructed by Executive Board in February 2013. The report also provides a response to the deputation presented to Full Council on 8th May 2013 from the West Park Centre Campaign Group which was in support of the re-opening of the centre.
