To consider the report of the Head of Licensing and Registration on an application to vary an existing premises licence at Halo and The Joint, 177 - 179 Woodhouse Lane, Woodhouse, Leeds LS2 3JT

The report of the Head of Licensing and Registration presented an application to vary a premises licence at Halo & The Joint, 177-179 Woodhouse Lane, Woodhouse, Leeds.

The applicant’s representative requested that the application be deferred for one week as the applicant was unable to attend the hearing.  This would also give further opportunity for further discussion with those who had made representations regarding the application.

None of the interest parties present made an objection to the request for the application to be deferred.

RESOLVED – That the application be deferred for one week.
