To consider the report of the Head of Elections, Licensing and Registration on an application to vary the premises licence held by Marstons PLC for The Leeds Club, 3 Albion Place, Leeds, LS1 6JL. The application seeks to vary the layout of the premises and amend the licensable activities and conditions attached to the existing Premises Licence

This application was withdrawn from the agenda prior to the meeting as the applicants and all interested parties had reached agreements on measures suggested in order to promote the licensing objectives of the city. The Premise Licence will therefore be issued by the Licensing Officer in accordance with the agreed conditions.
