The Director of City Development agreed
to:-
(i) note the content of the report; and
(ii) approve the expenditure required to meet the costs of the
additional legal input to the arena project.
Appendix 1 of the report is Confidential/Exempt under Access to
Information Procedure Rules 10.4 (3), as it contains information
which if disclosed would, or would be likely to prejudice the
commercial interest of the Council.
