The Head of Engineering Services:
i) noted the contents of the report; and
ii) approved the application from Leeds House, for a licence to
operate a street café on the highway at Market Place, Otley
LS21 3AQ ,as shown on the attached unnumbered drawing, to expire on
the 31st March 2015 and that future licences be renewed annually,
subject to satisfactory operation, and with approval from The Chief
Officer (Highways and Transportation).
