The Head of Engineering Services:
i) noted the contents of the report; and
ii) approved the application from Hotel Chocolat, for a licence to
operate a street café on the highway at Albion Street, Leeds
1 ,as shown on the attached numbered drawing 068B, to expire on the
31 March 2015 and that future licences be renewed annually, subject
to satisfactory operation, and with approval from The Chief Officer
Highways and Transportation.
