Following an open and competitive tender process, the Chief Officer Employment and Skills approved the appointment of 30 providers to a three year framework 2014-17 to deliver the Leeds Community Learning Programme and, funding allocations to the value of £2,035,488 for delivery of the provision in the academic year 2014-15.
