In accordancxe with her authority under
Article 15.2 and in anticipation of and contingent upon the making
and implementation of the Openness of Local Government Bodies
Regulations 2014, The Monitoring Officer has amended the provisions
of the Constitution at Article 13 and in the Access to Information
Procedure Rules, as shown in appendices A and B attached with
effect from 6th August 2014
