* waive contract procedure rule 8.1 and 8.2 to award a contract to
Basis for the provision of the CSE training for 2 years at a total
cost of £16,500. The contract shall commence on the 1st
September 2014 and expire on the 31st August 2016; and
* approve the payment in advance for this contract.
