The Chief Asset Management and Regeneration
Officer granted approval to a recommendation that: (a) Terms
provisionally agreed for the renewal of the lease of the subject
property be approved, and (b) The Head of Property Services be
granted ‘delegated authority’ to approve any future
lease renewals and or new lettings.
