The Acting Head of Transport Policy:
i) noted the contents of the report; and
ii) approved the application from Town Hall Tavern, for a licence
to operate a street café on the highway at 17 Westgate,
Leeds, LS1 2RA,as shown on the attached numbered drawing 651-02, to
expire on the 31 March 2015 and that future licences be renewed
annually, subject to satisfactory operation, and with approval from
The Chief Officer Highways and Transportation.
